My journey as a creative started out drawing my favourite characters from my favourite anime like One Piece and video games I’m playing at the time. But paused my love for drawing to persue a BA in Graphic Design. Discovering my speciality in branding and logo design, yet also knew my main interest in the design process was sketching and ideating concepts. So after a couple years of freelancing and maintaining my self taught status as a artist, I decided do a masters at Ravensbourne. Through this experience I found my strength in conceptualising uniques characters and visual compositions.
Now I’m persuing a carear in visual narrative and concept art and exploring different industries that would give me the space to further expand my skillset and experience.

Created a short comic to learn more about my Filipino roots. This project shines a light on the dark creatures of Philippine mythology. The ‘Aswang’ which is an umbrella term that connects various vicious shapeshifting creatures.
However, in this narrative I have flipped the focus less on the horrific actions of the creatures, instead placing the spotlight on how parents use these stories to teach their children to listen and be respectful, potentially traumatizing them in the process.
The purpose of this graphic novel is to depict the creatures as a make-shift group and reflect their way of functioning in the real world. This involves a secret organization called ‘Ascorp’, which is funded by the parents of the real world to help develop their children through moral lessons; in this case learning to go to bed early.
